Refund policy

At GodMode, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in manufacturing, packaging, and delivering our products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our official website https://godmode.co.in/.

  1. Eligibility for Return

    Since GodMode is an Ayurvedic consumable product, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
    • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is provided.
    • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Products that have been opened or partially used
    • Products without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
    • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers marked as “non-returnable”
  3. Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a product that is:

    • Damaged during transit
    • Incorrect (different from the one ordered)
    • Defective in packaging

  4. Refund Process
    • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
    • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

    • Ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

    • Refunds will not be processed if the returned product fails to meet the eligibility conditions.
